The present invention provides a post-tooth-treatment composition for maintaining or enhancing a tooth-whitening effect; and a kit including the same composition for tooth whitening. The composition: includes fumed silica with the diameter of 1 μm or less, insoluble organic particle with the diameter of 1-20 μm, or a mixture thereof as an abrasive having fine particles; and is applied after tooth whitening treatment. The composition can flatten convex or concave portions on the surface of teeth, which becomes rough after the tooth whitening treatment, and can prevent the surface of the tooth from being stained or being stained again. Therefore, the composition provides the tooth-whitening effect which is enhanced more.
