The organic light emitting device according to the embodiment of the present invention include:s first and second semiconductor layers; a gate insulation layer which is formed on the first and second semiconductor layers; first and second gate electrodes which formed on the gate insulation layer by corresponding to each first region of the first and second semiconductor layers; an interlayer dielectric layer which has a gate contact hole and a semiconductor layer contact hole; first and second source and drain electrodes; a first auxiliary pattern; a first protection layer; a second auxiliary pattern; a second protection layer; a third auxiliary pattern; a fourth auxiliary pattern; a planarization layer with a drain contact hole; and a first electrode which is in contact with the fourth auxiliary pattern through the drain contact hole. |
