摘要 The present invention relates to a fuel cell system. The fuel cell system comprises: a fuel cell stack which is formed as an aggregate of unit cells that are capable of generating electrical energy by electrochemical reaction of fuel and an oxidant and includes at least one first temperature sensor installed in an overheated region of the unit cell, at least one second temperature sensor installed in a overcooled region of the unit cell constituting the fuel cell stack, and at least one third temperature sensor installed in an outlet for a coolant; a coolant pump for supplying a coolant to remove the heat of reaction which is generated from the fuel cell stack; a radiator for controlling the temperature of the coolant; a water trap having a discharge valve which purges and discharges condensate water discharged from the stack at predetermined time intervals; a purge valve which is provided on a purge line that discharges impurities within an anode of the fuel cell stack into a humidifier; and a control unit for measuring the temperature measured from the first to the third temperature sensor and controlling operation by comparing the measured temperature value at a predetermined temperature. According to the present invention, operation safety and durability of the fuel cell stack can be enhanced by controlling operation conditions of the fuel cell system depending on temperature conditions of the overheated region and the overcooled region generated from the fuel cell stack.
