The present invention relates to a transparent heater and a manufacturing method thereof. The heating part of a metal mesh shape is formed by a nanoimprint process without using a sheet transparent electrode material having high sheet resistance. Thereby, a manufacturing process can be facilitated. The heating part is filled with a conductive material with superior conductivity with a mesh pattern shape. Thereby, a relatively low electric resistance is obtained. Power consumption can be reduced compared to an existing technique because of the low sheet resistance. A relatively uniform temperature distribution on the entire area of the heating part can be obtained because of low energy loss. Temperature control can be facilitated. Because a separate black material is coated on the heating part of the metal mesh structure, the diffused reflection due to the mesh pattern when light passes through the transparent heater is prevented, and it can be absorbed by the black material. Thereby, a light sparking phenomenon can be prevented. Thereby, superior quality can be maintained for securing a clear view. |
