<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform monitoring after specifying a vehicle state when monitoring a charge and discharge state of an electric power storage device. <P>SOLUTION: This monitoring system comprises a controller (22) for monitoring the charge and discharge state corresponding to a traveling state and a stop state of the vehicle. The controller acquires control information for controlling system main relays (31 to 33) which permit and prohibit the charge and discharge of an electric power storage device (10), discriminates that the vehicle is in a traveling state when the system main relays are in states for permitting the charge and discharge of the electric power storage device, and when the system main relays are in states for prohibiting the charge and discharge of the electric power storage device, discriminates that the vehicle is in the stop state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
