<p>The utility model discloses a prefabricated toilet and bathroom unit comprising a generally rectangular structure that includes a floor panel and a wall structure being made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) core material. A matrix of reinforcing members are embedded on the floor panel, a plurality of stiffener columns are provided on the corners of said wall structure, and a plurality of horizontal stiffener beams are interconnected on top of the wall structure. To facilitate lifting, a plurality of eye-bolts is provided projecting on top of each of said stiffener columns. The rectangular structure includes a toilet bowl, a lavatory, a shower room, a water pipeline embedded on the wall structure, and a pipe room to house building pipes adapted to be connected to the water pipeline. The expanded polystyrene (EPS) core material of the wall structure is provided with Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) coatings on its internal and external surfaces and internal and external finishing coated over the GFRC coatings.</p> |
