<p>[Problem] To provide a compounding information administration system, a compounding information administration method, a compounding information administration program, and a computer-readable recording medium whereupon the compounding information administration program is recorded, whereby it is possible to improve workability when inputting a human incident by a user. [Solution] A prescription information display unit (D33) which displays prescription information relating to a prescription of a medicinal drug which is accumulated and stored in a prescription information storage means, and an incident input unit (D34)for arbitrarily inputting information of an incident relating to a compound of the medicinal drug, are displayed on the same screen of a display means, and the information of the incident which is inputted in the incident input unit (D34) is transmitted to a server device.</p> |
