<p>The invention provides a vehicle lateral structure of a sliding door car. In a cutaway view observed from a vehicle rear side, a threshold (16) forms a roughly U-shaped closed section towards a vehicle width direction outboard opening. The threshold (16) is provided with a threshold lateral panel (28) configured on the lateral of the vehicle width; and a threshold inner side upper panel (30), a floor panel (32) and a threshold inner side lower panel (34) which are arranged on vehicle width direction inner sides of the threshold lateral panel (28). In addition, the floor panel (32) and the threshold inner side lower panel (34) are connected through a bracket (36) extending along a vehicle width direction under a groove part (42) of the threshold lateral panel (28).</p> |
