<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection circuit that allows reducing the mounting area by decreasing the number of elements.SOLUTION: An anode of a diode D31 (a first diode) is connected to a terminal T of a semiconductor integrated circuit. An anode of a diode D32 (a second diode) is connected to GND. A collector of a transistor Q31 (a first transistor) is connected to the terminal T, and an emitter is connected to a cathode of the diode D32. A collector of a transistor Q32 (a second transistor) is connected to GND, and an emitter is connected to a cathode of the diode D31. An anode of a diode D33 (a third diode) is connected to the cathode of the diode D31, and a cathode of the diode D33 is connected to a base of the transistor Q31. An anode of a diode D34 (a fourth diode) is connected to the cathode of the diode D32, and a cathode of the diode D34 is connected to a base of the transistor Q32.</p> |
