A triangular suspension link 1 for a road wheel of a motor vehicle is carried by ball- and-socket joints B which are independently attached to the vehicle body by brackets 7, and which are secured to housings 2 integral with the link. The ball joints each comprise a synthetic bearing member 4 housed in a light metal case 5 which is press fitted into housing 2. In a modification (Figs 3 and 4 not shown) each attachment bolt 3 extends from both sides of its associated ball and is secured to a bifurcated bracket 7. |
