摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving method for efficiently melting and removing slag or base metal solidified and deposited on a blast furnace ladle while preventing melting of a refractory. <P>SOLUTION: The blast furnace ladle 5 is placed on a demolition trolley 4 in a tilted position such that its extraction port becomes lower than its bottom and subsequently moved through an aperture 2 into a demolition site 1 with a dust collection hood. After covering the aperture 2 with a splash scattering prevention board 3, a calorized pipe 12 is inserted through a heat-resistant acrylic sheet of a window 7 on the splash scattering prevention board 3. Then, the slag and the base metal 15 inside the ladle are partially heated by high-temperature gas sprayed by a jet lance. The heated part is subsequently melted by oxygen gas sprayed by the calorized pipe 12, and the melted base metal is discharged through the outlet at the lower front and poured into a based metal receiver 8, thereby making a hole 16 in the base metal 15. Molten iron is subsequently poured into the blast furnace ladle 5 from a blast furnace, thereby melting the slag and the base metal 15 by the molten iron. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
