<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a compacted wood composite molding which improves surface hardness of a wood wherein a 3-dimensional molding has been formed, prevents warpage or strain, and has high smoothness of the wood surface and excellent glossiness. <P>SOLUTION: In the molding method of a compacted wood composite molding, a wood is set in a mold, a molten thermoplastic resin is injected under pressure in a rear surface side of the wood, the wood is pressurized and compacted while forming in a 3-dimensional shape having a predetermined shape by compressing the wood in the thickness direction, and the wood and the thermoplastic resin are integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
