<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a magnetron having excellent characteristics at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: An anode body structure of a magnetron comprises an anode cylinder 20, 10 pieces of vanes 30, and three pieces of strap rings 41 to 43. The 10 pieces of vanes 30 are bonded to an inner peripheral surface of the anode cylinder 20 and are arranged radially around an axis 22 of the anode cylinder 20. The 10 pieces of vanes 30 are divided into five pieces of first vanes 31 and five pieces of second vanes 32 which are alternately arranged around the axis 22. The first vanes 31 are short-circuited to each other by the first and second strap rings 41 and 42, and the second vanes 32 are short-circuited to each other by the third strap ring 43. An antenna 84 is connected to one of the five pieces of first vanes 31.
