Method and system for managing high capacity traffic offload in an IP network nucleus in the transport layer, relates to a method and system for coordinating and automating the processes of IP traffic offload in transport technology, minimizing the operational problems associated with the configuration of IP and transport layers. The system consists of two main components, a transit traffic management module integrated into a network operator and a routing module for generating new links integrated into each of the IP network nodes.
