Provided is a prefabricated type roasting apparatus for skewer of the present invention which comprises a main body part assembled to have a space therein and connected to one end of a connection member protrudedly toward an outer side surface; a heat generation part assembled to be inserted into an inner space of the main body part and having a heat member introduced therein; a movable part seated to be assembled at an upper end of the connection member protruding forward the outer side surface of the main body part; and an operation part assembled to the main body part to be disposed at a lower side of the movable part and having an upper part rotated by power provided from outside, and reciprocating the movable part. The main body, the heat generation part, the movable part and the operation part may be assembled and dismantled thus transport after dismantlement is easy and volume can be reduced. According to the invention, the apparatus has a benefit of reducing a volume thereof since the main body, the heat generation part, the movable part and the operation part may be assembled, dismantled, and inserted inside of a frame after dismantlement. |
