The present invention relates to an oral formulation rapidly disintegrated inside a mouth, a fast disintegrating tablet having high hardness and a manufacturing method thereof, and a low humid granule for manufacturing the fast disintegrating tablet and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the low humid granule including spray drying mannitol and a white sugar bonding agent and a manufacturing method thereof, and a fast disintegrating tablet including the low humid granule and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the fast disintegrating tablet manufactured by the low humid granule can be manufactured by using a general medicinal facility, and has a simple manufacturing process, the high hardness, and rapid disintegrability. |
