FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, and namely to conductors having properties of superconductivity. Perfect conductor contains conventional conductor with standard resistance and a tool to add properties of superconductivity to conventional conductor, at that the tool to add properties of superconductivity to conventional conductor is made as ferromagnetic material preheated at non-critical temperature up to molten or semi-molten state and further applied to conventional conductor or placed inside ferromagnetic material ionised and hardened inside conventional conductor. The task of adding properties of superconductivity to conventional conductor is solved due to complete forcing-in of a magnet field emitted by conventional metal conductor at current passing though it inwards the conductor without its spreading outside the conductor by impact of electromagnetic field to conventional conductor in a special way on selected type and thickness of the layer of ionised ferromagnetic material. FeOSrO has been selected as ferromagnetic material. Two alternatives of conductor and method of conductor manufacturing are claimed.EFFECT: invention allows operating of the conductor at non-critical temperatures and preserving flexible properties intrinsic to a conventional cable.12 cl, 7 dwg
