<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell module manufacturing method which has a simplified manufacturing step achieved by adsorbing a sensitizing dye into a porous semiconductor fine particle layer by an electrolytic solution containing the sensitizing dye. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a dye-sensitized solar cell or a photoelectric conversion element, which has a photoelectrode layer composed of a porous semiconductor particle layer carrying a sensitizing dye, an electrolytic solution layer and a counter electrode layer on a conductive substrate in this order, comprises the steps performed in the following order: a semiconductor layer formation step of forming a porous semiconductor fine particle layer on the conductive substrate; an encapsulation step of forming an electrolytic solution injection layer by bonding a conductive substrate on which the porous semiconductor fine particle layer is formed and a counter electrode substrate on which the counter electrode layer is formed via an encapsulation layer; and an electrolytic solution injection step of injecting a dye-containing electrolytic solution composed of the sensitizing dye and an electrolyte component into the electrolytic solution injection layer by using five-membered ring cyclic ether as an electrolyte solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
