<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the low exposure in the contrast examination by an X-ray CT photographing. <P>SOLUTION: The dual energy photographing of a contrast medium administered subject is performed, and the water density image that shows the density distribution of water in the subject and the iodine density image that shows the density distribution of iodine in the subject are generated based on the acquired data. A virtual non-contrast image corresponding to an image obtained by the non-contrast photographing of the subject is generated based on the water density image and the iodine density image.
