FIELD: physics, video.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coding of video for perfection of image. Proposed device exploits external coding with compensation for motion and internal coding relative to input video signal. Here internal and external coding are used with compensation of motion with respect to input vide signal. It includes the module to define if input video signal corresponds to stationary region, region with minor motion, or region with usual motion. First coding module for outer coding of motion vector relative to area defined as stationary area. Second coding module for search of motion and external coding in limited band of search relative to area defined as minor motion area. Third coding module for search of motion and external coding in limited band of search relative to area defined as common motion area. Module to define if inlet video signal is or not that of stationary area with reference to similarity between target coding frame and reference frame. If defined that it is not such signal, said definition module defines if input video signal of the area of common motion or the signal of area of minor motion on the basis of the results of comparison between PMV that makes the central magnitude of motion vector computed at peripheral unit and threshold.EFFECT: decreased volume of computations.13 cl, 2 dwg |
