摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor capable of improving detection accuracy of an incident angle of light by narrowing directivity. <P>SOLUTION: An optical sensor is provided in which a plurality of light receiving elements (20) for converting light into an electric signal are formed on one surface of a semiconductor substrate (11), a light shielding film (40) is formed on a formation surface (11a) of the light receiving elements (20) in the semiconductor substrate (11) via a translucent film (30), and openings (41) for light transmission each corresponding to the light receiving elements (20) are formed in the light shielding film (40). The light receiving elements (20) are formed on the semiconductor substrate (11) and the openings (41) are formed in the light shielding film (40) in order that at least one of angles of elevation and lateral angles of virtual straight lines connecting centers of at least three light receiving elements (20) and centers of the openings (41) corresponding to the light receiving elements (20) are different, and light receiving areas of the light receiving elements (20) are substantially equal to opening areas of the corresponding openings (41). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
