The objective of the present invention is to provide a salmon pill that can beneficially transfer an effect of salmon and can take a salmon pill at any time and any place, also can help not to have resistance when taking or carrying a salmon pill by removing fishy smell, furthermore, can provide improvement of a blood circulation, digestion function, constipation and prevention of osteoporosis, and a meal substitute for a diet. According to the objective of the present invention, provided is the salmon pill which comprises a head and a bone of salmon mixing with one or more among kudzu, ginger, liquorice, jujube or perilla seed, and water, heating for 6 to 24 hours to prepare a filtered extract, mixing the filtered extract with one or more among black soybean powder, seaweed powder, broccoli powder, cinnamon powder and pollen, and making as a pill thereafter.
