The present invention relates to a rotatable underwater shooting system. The system is installed near a ship body equipped with a propeller. The system comprises: an installation unit containing space inside; a camera unit to be installed in the installation unit in a way to be able to rotate for entering and leaving in the containing space; and a driving unit to rotate the camera unit in the installation unit.
