The present invention relates to an onion automatic cleaning apparatus comprising: a frame mold formed by combining a plurality of frames, and having a water tank containing washing water in a lower portion; a case installed in an upper portion of the frame mold, having a containing space inside, and having an onion supply hole and an onion discharge hole in front and behind; an internal rotation operating portion installed in the containing space of the case, rotated in one direction, cleaning an onion contained in the water tank, and removing impurities and soil attached to a root; an external rotation operating portion installed in the containing space with a gap from the internal rotation operating portion, rotated in the opposite direction of the internal rotation operating portion, cleaning the onion, and discharging a peel and the soil outside; and an operating portion for operating the rotation operating portion. According to the present invention, the onion automatic cleaning apparatus enables to increase reliability and quality of a product as removing the impurities of the onion and soil attached to the root by using the internal rotation operating portion and the external rotation operating portion rotated in the opposite direction. |
