The present invention aims to provide a salmon pill which delivers the beneficial effects of a salmon to a human body and is portable and easy to eat anytime and anywhere, and also a diet substitute for meals which improves blood circulation and digestion, relieves constipation, and prevents osteoporosis by adding ingredients which remove fishy smell to eliminate repulsive feeling for eating as well as carrying and are beneficial to a human body and synergistic to a salmon. The present invention is produced by: mixing a salmon′s head and bones with water and one or more of arrowroot, ginger, licorice, jujube or perilla; heating the mixture for 6-24 hours to filter an extract; and mixing the extract with one or more of perilla powder, kelp powder, broccoli powder, cinnamon powder, and pollen powder to manufacture a salmon pill. Also, the present invention provides a salmon extract which can be put into a sealed container such as a can or bottle to ensure convenient portability and ingestion. |
