The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hangover alleviating beverage. The method includes: a pre-treatment step (S10) of collecting, washing, chopping, and drying the leaves and stems of an ivy tree (Dendropanax trifidus); a step (S20) of burning the ivy tree leaves and stems dried in S10 at 250 to 350°C for 0.5 to 1.5 seconds and roasting the leaves and stems at 130-200°C for 20 to 40 minutes; a step(S30) of aging the ivy tree leaves and stems roasted in S20 at 20 to 26°C for two to seven days and drying the leaves and stems at 100 to 150 leaves and stems for 3 to 15 minutes for the second time; and a step (S40) of grinding the leaves and stems dried in S30 to powder. The present invention has increased content of the active ingredients of the ivy tree to significantly enhance the hangover alleviation effectiveness while improving the taste, flavor, color, and palatability. A predetermined amount of the hangover alleviating beverage can be dissolved into water, alcohol, or other beverages to be easily consumed. |
