The present invention relates to a simulation test apparatus for a molten steel flow of a refining process which conducts a simulation test for the molten steel flow, and a scattering degree which more exactly and easily secures data as well as improve workability comprising: a ladle simulating body having a space where water is contained inside; an upper lance injecting air beyond the water contained in the ladle simulating body by being arranged on an upper portion of the ladle simulating body; an air blowing line spouting the air inside the water contained in the ladle simulating body by being connected to the floor of the ladle simulating body; and a measurer detecting a scattering amount of the water scattered on the water surface with an electric signal by being installed inside the ladle simulating body.
