FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the application of coatings onto the internal surface of cylindrical items and can be used at the application of protective materials onto the internal surface of cylindrical items of different types, including pipes, where the high degree of evenness of the insulating film thickness along the whole item length as well as high accuracy at the consumption of the applied material are required. The temperature of the material being applied is constantly monitored as implied by the coating application method. Depending on the temperature, the current speed of the coating material movement is corrected according to the formula:where V- speed of the material movement corresponding to the reference process under the temperature T; K- coefficient of dependence of the coating thickness on the material temperature change at the fixed speed V; K- coefficient of the coating thickness change depending on the change of speed at the fixed material temperature T; T- actual current temperature of the material; T- specified, reference material temperature for the chosen process. Coefficients Kand Kare determined according to a process table.EFFECT: improved quality of the coating due to the consideration of the material temperature influence on the thickness and evenness of the coating along the whole item length.2 dwg
