Said sensor is composed of a flat plate of mechanically controlled tube with one end connected with moving electrodes and opposite end shaped to sine and arranged inside sealed hollow resonator and connected with resonator bottoms of composed by membranes. The latter are arranged at cowl inner surface and filled with thick inert fluid.
