摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a multilayer ceramic capacitor in which a short rate can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises the steps of: printing a conductive paste of a belt-like pattern at prescribed intervals on a ceramic green sheet 1 to form a conductive paste film 2 which serves as an internal electrode layer; manufacturing a laminate 4 by superimposing and crimping a number of ceramic green sheets in which the conductive paste film is formed; obtaining a laminate block 6 in which an internal electrode is exposed on both sides by cutting the laminate to a prescribed dimension; forming a ceramic body 8 on both sides of the laminate block 6; burning the laminate block on which the ceramic body is formed after debindering the block; and forming an external electrode 15 on both end faces of the laminate block. This method further comprises a step of aggregating the conductive paste film exposed on the both sides of the laminate block by heating the film before the step of forming the ceramic body 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
