<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door operation device capable of suppressing looseness in the width direction of a rotating lever as compared with before. <P>SOLUTION: In an inventive remote controller 100, a sleeve 200, which is provided with first and second sleeve small diameter parts 201, 202 at both ends thereof, respectively, and is provided with a sleeve large diameter part 203 at an intermediate part thereof, is sandwiched between a shaft side flange 111F of a support shaft 111 and an inside input lever 140 and is fixed in an axial direction. A full-closed latch release lever 130 and a full-open latch release lever 170 journaled by the first sleeve small diameter part 201 are restrained from movement in the axial direction by the shaft side flange 111F and the sleeve large diameter part 203.
