The present invention discloses an In-Cell capacitive touch panel, a display device and a method for manufacturing the In-Cell capacitive touch panel. The transmittance uniformity is improved and the slots are hidden by arranging the slots of the transparent conductive layer above the light-impermeable regions of the black matrix and/or below the color resistors of the same color, thereby avoiding the display of the pattern of the slots and improving the display effect.
