The invention relates to an assembly of technical and architectural work packages within the framework of a changing internal layout. Specifically, the invention relates to an assembly of technical work packages (20) and architectural work packages (21) in a building including at least one zone (1) forming the space in which the interior layout changes, said architectural work packages (21) comprising architectural objects (23) forming means for delimiting physical spaces. The assembly comprises a circulation space (3d) forming a main distribution means common to (i) all of the networks for people and goods, known as passive networks, formed by the spaces defined by the architectural objects (23) and (ii) all of the technical networks, known as active networks, formed by the technical objects (22) included in the technical work packages (20). In addition, said assembly comprises a set of securing means formed in particular by shared securing lines (5) distributed substantially parallel and at regular intervals in zone (1), forming supports for repositionable securing means (6) between the shared securing lines (5) and each of the architectural objects (23) or each of the constituent technical objects (22) of the active networks necessary for the interior layout. The repositionable securing means (6) can be used to maintain inside the space any of the architectural objects (23) or the constituent technical objects (22) of the active networks, either directly or using complementary securing elements specific to the architectural objects (23) and the technical objects (22). |
