Provided is a versatile workflow system capable of managing not only a document routing workflow but also all the work from work placement to completion. Information of an action executable in a certain status is received from a terminal of an administrator, combination information of the status and the action executable in the status is stored in an action storage section, information of the action and action elements making up the action is received from the terminal of the administrator, and combination information of the action and the action elements making up the action is stored in an action-element storage section. All the actions extracted from the action storage section with the status as a key are displayed on a terminal of a user as the actions executable by the user. Information of a selected action selected from the displayed actions is received from the terminal of the user, the action-element storage section is referred to, and all the action elements making up the selected action are extracted and executed. |
