<p>An object is to prevent a wire harness from escaping from a second arm in a case where the wire harness is fixed only by a harness fixing portion on a rotation tip side of a second arm axially supported to a first arm. In order to achieve the obj ect, an arm power supply device (1), (1') includes a first arm (3), (3') configured to be axially supported to a base member (2) to be freely rotated, and a second arm (8) configured to be axially supported on the rotation tip side of the first arm to be freely rotated. The second arm includes a harness insertion groove (59) and a harness fixing portion (58) on the rotation tip side. The first arm includes a flange portion (60), (62) on the rotation tip side to prevent a harness covering a portion of the harness insertion groove on a rotational base end side from escaping. The flange portion (60) is formed in a longitudinal direction of the first arm (3) to protrude.
