<p>This padded stick as an exercise aid comprises a stick 6 with padding 5 forming a padded stick, with an indentation 4 for relaxed gripping, a wrist loop 1 to prevent any fear of dropping the stick, and an acupressure knot or bead 2 for massaging acupressure points to help re-energize the user. In order to further aid relaxed and flowing movement, this padded stick is also softer, lighter and shorter than most conventional martial arts padded sticks. These features help overcome problems that may occur when someone exercises using a conventional padded stick e.g. they tend to become tense, grip the stick too tightly and tire quickly.</p> |
