<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper sealing strength by the lip part of a side seal while preventing a foreign substance from remaining between the side seal and a protector, relating to a linear guide device in which the side seal and the protector are arranged at both ends of a slider in a movement direction. <P>SOLUTION: A side seal 4 has such a shape as a first lip part (a lip part on the side of protector 5) 42a protrudes from a plate-like part 41. With this configuration, when the side seal 4 and the protector 5 are attached to a slider, the first lip part 42a of the side seal 4 is pressed by the protector 5 to be elastically deformed, into such a state as pressed against the surface 10 of a guide rail 1, contacting over the entire opening of U shape of the protector 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
