<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator that allows accurate assembly thereof and maintains stable operating characteristics even when temperatures vary widely. <P>SOLUTION: A linear actuator 1 includes: an inner core 2; and an outer core 3 that is supported by a pair of plate springs 41 and 42 and is provided so as to have a shaft center identical to that of the inner core 2. The inner core 2 and the pair of plate springs 41 and 42 have respective through-holes formed at the identical shaft center. After a shaft 6 with a large-diameter portion 61 on an end thereof is tightly inserted in the respective through-holes, a fixing collar 74 is axially press-fit to the shaft 6. A spring member 73 is provided between either one of the pair of plate springs 41 and 42 and the large-diameter portion 61 or the fixing collar 74, so as to restrict positions of the inner core 2 and the pair of plate springs 41 and 42 while applying an axial urging force to the inner core 2 and the pair of plate springs 41 and 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
