<p>A metal/resin composite structure (106) is obtained by joining a metal member (103) and a resin member (105) made of a thermoplastic resin composition (P). When three arbitrary straight-line parts which are present on the surface (110) of the metal member (103) in parallel with each other and three arbitrary straight-line parts which are perpendicular to said straight-line parts, namely six straight-line parts in total, are subjected to surface roughness measurement according to JIS B0601 (corresponding international standard: ISO4287), the surface roughness values measured satisfy the requirements (1) and (2) simultaneously: (1) at least one of the straight-line parts exhibits a material ratio of the roughness profile (Rmr) of 30% or less as determined at a section level of 20% and an evaluation length of 4mm; and (2) the ten-point average roughness values (Rz) of all the straight-line parts as determined at an evaluation length of 4mm exceed 2μm.</p> |
