FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to delta-sigma-DAC having a possibility of converting a digital input signal to a binary output signal, which is discrete as to time in accordance with clock pulses. Delta-sigma-DAC is made so that during operation it shapes an output signal by series connection of reference signals of a pack of reference signals; with that, each of the reference signals of the pack is binary, discrete as to time according to clock pulses and duration of cycle of the reference signal comprises several clock pulses. At least two reference signals of the pack differ from each other by an average value of the reference signal, which is formed on the corresponding length of the cycle of the reference signal; with that, each of the reference signals of the pack has the same number of fronts.EFFECT: improving conversion accuracy.25 cl, 7 dwg |
