FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: method includes reacting an adamantane derivative with an inorganic azide in a solvent. The adamantane derivative used is 1,3-dehydroadamantane and the inorganic azide is an anhydrous hydrogen azide solution in diethyl ether obtained in advance.
