METHOD FOR SIMULATING STENT-GRAFT FIXATION AREA IN DISTAL PORTION OF ASCENDING AORTA IN HYBRID INTERVENTIONS

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: with side-biting clamping of the ascending aorta, an end-to-side anastomosis of a synthetic vascular graft with a proximal part of the ascending aorta is formed. The distal part of the graft is anastomosed with the brachiocephalic trunk. Additional grafts inserted into the primary graft are used to repair the left common carotid and subclavian arteries. That is followed by exo-grafting of the distal part of the ascending aorta above the proximal anastomosis of the graft with the ascending aorta with using a graft having a circumference calculated in relation to an aortic diameter at the level of the distal part of the stent-graft calculated by formula. The descending aorta and arch are stented with the proximal part of the stent being placed into the simulated area of the ascending aorta.EFFECT: method enables reducing the surgical extent and injuries without artificial circulation, provides reducing the number of postoperative complications.1 dwg, 1 ex
