<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blurring effect of a background without reliability degradation or increase in the load of an image even when taking a moving image. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: imaging means 101 which takes a subject image; discrimination means 103 which discriminates a main subject area and a background area within the image taken by the imaging means; background image processing means 104 which performs blurring processing of the background area discriminated by the discrimination means; discrimination control means 102 which controls operation of the discrimination means together with the imaging state by the imaging means; and moving image creation means 105 which creates a moving image from a plurality of images blurred by the background image processing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
