A method of operating a storage facility for the delivery of goods comprises delivering, to a secure storage facility associated with a first enterprise and located at a premises associated with a second enterprise, goods associated with an order placed with the first enterprise by means of a communications network; and delivering, to a resource identifier associated with the order (e.g. a URL), signals representing value redeemable at the second enterprise. The signals representing value may define a coupon which may be included in a packing slip, printed at the secure storage facility, displayed as a code at a locker of the storage facility or included in an electronic message to the recipient. |
