An embodiment of the present invention discloses an organic light emitting display device, comprising: a substrate which is divided into a first sub-pixel area, a second sub-pixel area, and a third sub-pixel area; first, second, and third pixel electrodes which are arranged on an area corresponding to the first, second, and third sub-pixel areas, respectively, on the substrate; first, second, and third intermediate layers which are arranged on the first, second, and third pixel electrodes, respectively, and include an organic light emitting layer; and a counter electrode which is arranged on the first, second, and third intermediate layers. A dielectric reflection film, including at least a pair of high and low refractive layers which are alternately layered, is arranged between the substrate, the first pixel electrode, and the second pixel electrode. The third pixel electrode includes a semipermeable metal layer. The organic light emitting display device can reduce color shift, according to a side viewing angle. |
