Provided are a heat exchanger and a refrigerator having the same, making the width of a radiation fin larger than a tube to reduce an accumulation speed of dust and to improve a heat radiation effect. The heat exchanger comprises: headers including a first header which refrigerant flows into and a second header which refrigerant flows out of; a tube interconnecting the first header and the second header, and arranged to be laminated as being a plurality of layers to be spaced from each other; and a radiation fin having a contact portion which is in contact with the tube between the laminated tube and a protrusion portion which has a width larger than the tube to protrude to the outside of the tube. A length of the protrusion portion is extended to a horizontal direction wherein air proceeds.
