The present invention relates to a cushion for preventing a bedsore and a method for manufacturing the same. The cushion of the present invention comprises: an upper film that includes air grid cells formed in a predetermined air grid shape thereon, polyurethane foam filled in the air grid cells, and an air control valve installed on one side of an air injection part; and a lower film attached to the upper film. The air grid cell includes: a plurality of buffering protrusion parts which are formed to protrude from the surface of the upper film to provide a buffering function and are arranged at the same intervals; and a plurality of protrusion joining parts which join the adjacent buffering protrusion parts. |
