An objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus which rotates a locking key mounted inside a keyhole formed on a main body (M) capable of opening and closing to separate the locking key. The one touch separating apparatus comprises: a control pipe (200) provided with an elastic body support (210) formed on an upper end thereof, and two slits (220) formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof in a diagonal direction to face each other; a locking key (100) provided with a fixing key (110) formed on an upper portion thereof and inserted into the key hole, and a protrusion (120) formed on a middle portion thereof to meet an upper end of the control pipe (200) whose lower portion is inserted into the control pipe (200); an elastic body (300) inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the control pipe (200) whose upper end meets the elastic body support (210); and a rotation control pin (140) inserted through the two slits (220), and a hole formed on a lower portion of the fixing key (110) whose both ends protrude from the control pipe (200) to support the elastic body (300). While the locking key (100) is inserted into the key hole formed on the main body (M), when the upper end of the control pipe (200) pushing against the protrusion (120) by an extension of the elastic body (300) is pulled downwards to be separated from the protrusion (120); the rotation control pin (140) moves along the slits (220), and at the same time, the locking key (100) rotates to be separated. |
