The present invention relates to an elevator emergency call device which automatically places an emergency call during an emergency even when a passenger (2) fails to push a call button (11). An elevator emergency call device according to the present invention comprises: a microphone (30) arranged within an elevator car (1) to collect voice generated therein; and a control unit (60) which is connected to the microphone (30) to monitor, via the microphone (30), voice generated within the elevator car (1) and to output a call signal to a communication terminal (20) if an emergency is determined to occur within the elevator car (1), thereby allowing the passenger (2) to place an emergency call to a security team and the like even when the passenger fails to push the call button (11) due to obstruction of a molester or robber. |
