The present invention relates to organic electroluminescent materials and devices wherein compounds of Ir(L_A)_n(L_B)_3-n which has chemical formula I are written. In Ir(L_A)_n(L_B)_3-n chemical formula, n is 1 or 2; R^1, R^2, R^4 and R^5 are independently substituted groups or unsubstituted groups under maximum numbers; X^1, X^2, X^3 and X^4 are independently are C or N respectively; and at least one among X^1, X^2, X^3 and X^4 is N wherein near random substituted groups of R^1, R^2, R^3, R^4 and R^5 are randomly connected to each other, thereby forming a ring. In the present invention, provided is a device including the compound of Ir(L_A)_n(L_B)_3-n chemical formula. |
